By accessing or using BYNC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

BYNC is a reservation platform that allows sellers to create online stores and accept reservations before products arrive. Sellers can publish products on the way, set expected arrival dates, and manage reservations through our platform.

3. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on BYNC, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate product descriptions and images
2. Maintain sufficient inventory to fulfill reservations
3. Process reservations in a timely manner
4. Communicate honestly with customers about availability and delivery times
5. Deliver products as described and in the condition promised

4. Buyer Rights

Customers who book through BYNC have the right to:

1. Receive products as described in the listing
2. Cancel reservations before seller confirmation (PENDING status)
3. Join waitlists when products are fully booked
4. Receive timely updates about order status

5. Booking System

BYNC uses a unique reservation system:

1. PENDING — Customer has requested booking, awaiting seller confirmation
2. BOOKED — Seller has confirmed the booking, product is reserved
3. WAITLISTED — Product is fully booked, customer joins a queue
4. COMPLETED — Transaction finished, product sold and delivered
5. CANCELED — Booking canceled by customer or seller

6. Payments

BYNC facilitates reservations but does not process payments. All payment arrangements are made directly between buyers and sellers through agreed-upon methods.

7. Prohibited Activities

Sellers and buyers may not:

1. List prohibited or illegal items
2. Provide false product information
3. Attempt to manipulate the reservation system or waitlist
4. Harass other users or violate their privacy

8. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain all intellectual property rights to their content. BYNC does not claim ownership of any seller content except as necessary to provide the platform service.

9. Limitation of Liability

BYNC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers or product quality issues.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
